At Vergara Verde, we craft micro-productions. Our first wine is not yet for sale: it rests in the cellar, taking the time it needs. It will not leave here until it lives up to the place where it was born.
We don't announce a date. We prefer the wine to set it.
Manel's Notebook
Each month, Manel shares his notes: the evolution in the barrel, the character the vintage is acquiring, the decisions that define a wine long before it reaches the bottle.

Those who receive it will know about the release of the first vintage before anyone else, and will have priority to reserve it.
In the meantime, come and meet it
The wine is not yet available for purchase, but the winery can be visited. The vineyard, the winery, and the 15th-century cellar where that first vintage now rests.
